Current understanding

Michigan’s penal code sec. 45a (MCL 750.45a) governs trespass at ‘key facilities’ and critical infrastructure. HB 5319 (introduced) would extend those prohibitions to flying an unmanned aircraft (drone) over, or otherwise trespassing with an unmanned vehicle on, such sites.
