Occupational Licensing Reciprocity for Out-of-State License Holders
Current understanding
HB 6058 would amend the Occupational Code (1980 PA 299) by adding sec. 216 to provide licensing reciprocity for individuals who hold a valid occupational license from another state. This is a general reciprocity mechanism under the occupational code, distinct from profession-specific interstate compacts enacted under the Public Health Code. Introduced.
