Proposal to amend Michigan’s public utilities law (1939 PA 3) by adding sec. 10kk to require electric utilities to use project labor agreements (PLAs) for certain data center contracts. Introduced as HB6141, tie-barred with a package of related data center bills (HB 6135, 6137, 6138, 6139, 6140, 6142). Status: introduced.
