Motor Fuels Quality Act Standards (1984 PA 44)

Michigan’s Motor Fuels Quality Act (1984 PA 44, MCL 290.642 et seq.) sets quality standards for gasoline, diesel, and other motor fuels sold in the state. SB1076 (introduced) proposes amendments to secs. 2, 3, 4, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 10a and 10d, adds new secs. 4b, 7a, and 7b, and repeals sec. 5a — updating specifications, testing, and enforcement provisions applicable to fuel retailers, distributors, and refiners.
