TIE BAR WITH: SB 0946’26: cross-connection with tri-share-child-care: Interest earnings from the rainy day fund would flow into the child care payment fund — the same fund mechanism used to pay CDC provider reimbursements — creating a new dedicated revenue source that could support both subsidy rate increases and Tri-Share’s state share.
