PEPFAR

Current understanding

PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) is the U.S. government’s global HIV/AIDS response, implemented largely through USAID and partner contractors. Awards under PEPFAR fund clinical services, epidemic-control data analysis, and country health information systems, with implementers including Palladium International LLC.
