Current understanding

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (CDC, under PEPFAR) obligated $32.3M over five years to The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York, funding ICAP’s comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment services in the Haut-Katanga region of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The program’s stated purpose is to achieve and maintain epidemic control in that province.
