International Visitor Leadership Program
Current understanding
The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is a professional exchange program run by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs that brings emerging foreign leaders to the United States for short-term visits. Implementation is contracted to partners including Meridian International Center, which received a $45.4M State Department obligation for FY 2024.
