(Proposed Rule · Homeland Security Department, Coast Guard) The Coast Guard is proposing to amend regulations to conform to requirements in the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026, which required the Commandant to prohibit any vessel anchoring on the reach of the Hudson River between Yonkers, New York and Kingston, New York.
