This revision revises the Connecticut ambient air quality standard (AAQS) for ozone to be consistent with EPA’s national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS) for ozone and clarifies the volatile organic compound (VOC) calculation methods of adhesive and sealant products. The intended effect of this action is to approve these regulations into the Connecticut SIP. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
