Abstract
(Rule · Energy Department) On April 13, 2026, the Secretary of Energy (“Secretary”) issued a Determination generally authorizing the destination of Thailand for exports of controlled nuclear technology and assistance under DOE’s regulation on Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities. Accordingly, DOE is issuing this final rule to add Thailand to the generally authorized destinations list in appendix A.
