Abstract
(Rule · Environmental Protection Agency) This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of isofetamid in or on nut, tree, group 14-12, and almond, hulls. Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) ISK Biosciences Corporation submitted a petition to EPA requesting that EPA establish a maximum permissible level for residues of this pesticide in or on the identified commodities.
