(Rule · Environmental Protection Agency) This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of epyrifenacil (CASRN 353292-31-6) in or on corn, field (forage, grain, stover); rapeseed, seed; soybean (forage, hay, seed); wheat (forage, grain, hay, straw). Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), Valent submitted a petition to EPA requesting that EPA establish a maximum permissible level for residues of this pesticide in or on the identified commodities.
