(HR2437 · 119th Congress) End-of-life Access to Supportive and Essential care Act of 2025 or the EASE Act of 2025 This bill requires hospitals to provide, as part of the hospital discharge process, patients who are eligible for hospice care under Medicare with information about providers of hospice care in their area.
