Abstract
(Rule · Environmental Protection Agency) This regulation establishes exemptions from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Bacteriophage active against Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria_EcoPhage and Bacteriophage active against Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato_EcoPhage in or on all food or feed commodities. Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), EcoPhage Ltd. submitted a petition to EPA requesting exemptions from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of these pesticides when used in accordance with the terms of the exemptions.
