VA Transfer of Information and Sharing of Disability Examination Procedures Act (HR555)

Current understanding

HR555 would require separation physicals for departing service members with potential disability conditions to be conducted by VA-certified providers, and would make the eligibility determinations from those exams binding on the VA for disability rating purposes.
