- 2026-07-16 — To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to require group health plans and health insurance issuers offering group or individual health insurance coverage that provide benefits for sex-rejecting procedures to provide benefits for items and services to address the harms caused by sex-rejecting procedures and to restore healthy human form and functioning, to the greatest extent practicable.: Bill introduced amending PHSA title XXVII, ERISA, and the IRC to require group health plans and issuers that cover sex-rejecting procedures to also cover items and services addressing resulting harms and restoring healthy human form and function to the greatest extent practicable.
