Veterans Experience Office (VA)
Current understanding
Proposals to codify a statutory Veterans Experience Office within the Department of Veterans Affairs to coordinate customer experience measurement, veteran-derived feedback, and cross-VA service improvement. S264 (Improving Veterans’ Experience Act of 2025) would authorize the office through September 30, 2028. Practical implication: formalizes an existing administrative function; does not change eligibility, coverage, or payments for veterans.
