Menstrual Equity For All Act of 2025
Current understanding
Introduced federal legislation that would establish free access to menstrual products across multiple programs and settings — Medicaid coverage, allowable uses under TANF grants, K-12 and higher education institutions, large employers, federal and state/local correctional facilities, DHS detention facilities, and federal public restrooms — and would prohibit state and local sales taxes on menstrual products.
