Protecting U.S. Farmland and Sensitive Sites From Foreign Adversaries Act (HR8700)

Current understanding

HR8700 would impose new federal restrictions on acquisition or control of U.S. agricultural land and designated sensitive sites by persons or entities associated with foreign adversaries.
