Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025
Current understanding
Introduced federal legislation that would require states allowing concealed carry by their own residents to recognize valid out-of-state concealed-carry permits, and to allow carry by residents of permitless-carry states who are otherwise eligible to carry at home.
